Item was just as seller described. A++ I only had one inconvenience. When I opened the package, one of the two was with the inside of the cap filled with the products. It spilled inside the cap. Not sure if this was a shipping thing or before being shipped. The boxed was taped up to make sure the contents would not get out of the box. Besides that. Thank you for the product. I have included a picture showing how the product arrived.

I was given this candle as a gift. I loved it so much I spent $111 on 2 more. They were in the package but they are either old or imitations. Both candles slid out of the glass, melt uneven and do not smell AT ALL. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I would like a resolution to this problem. I can’t even light the candle anymore because it melted uneven. This does not happen to an $80 candle. Thank you

You never let me know there was a problem. You purchased the candles more than 30 days ago. I have sold 5 to other people and you are the only person that has had a problem .To ensure your diptyque candle burns evenly, follow these tips:Initial Burn: Allow the candle to burn for 2 to 3 hours during the first use. This ensures the entire surface melts, promoting even burning in subsequent uses.Wick Maintenance: Regularly trim the wick to 3-5 mm and recenter it while the wax is still liquefied
