Terrible packaging for an expensive part. Box arrived torn open and small dent / scape on disposal. It was not even put into a bigger box to protect item for shipping. Come on this is not how you ship items of value.

These disposers are packed safely for carrier shipping in their box by Insinkerator. You should have contacted us about the shipping damage and we could have issued a replacement unit. We could have filed a carrier damage claim also. If you have any issues with the unit working please message us so we can correct them.
