    Good basic routine, could use a few improvements

    Main thing I would have asked for are chapters on the menu so each movement could be accessed. There is a separate software program where you can scroll through the movements in sort of a slide show or like pages in a book, but it's dated and limited, could be easier to navigate, and doesn't appear to be printable. Dr. Lam explains the movements, but if looking for detailed medical information of the movement of qi and what it's doing in the body don't expect that. The DVD video looks like it could be a transfer from tape. It's clear enough, but doesn't look HD. The demonstration team are average people, not actors or athletes which may or may not work for you.
