Seller neglected to describe the extensive scratches on slab container. Needs to be replaced. Seller told me it should be expected given graded 10+ years ago. Yet, NOT DESCRIBED. I asked for a partial refund to replace slab, seller would only cover half the cost. Inquired further and the seller told me to return the card and became passive aggressive. I reluctantly agreed to $15 refund and was dismissed. Apparently, when I matched the tone of their emails with mine, it wasn’t appreciated.

Buyer was unhappy with the condition of the old SGC slab. I offered to cover the cost of the grading fees at $15. The buyer stated I needed to refund $30. I did not agree, so gave them an option to either send the card back for full refund or $15 to cover the grading fee. I did not appreciate the passive aggressive tone in the next communication. I offered a full refund covering all out of pockets costs including shipping. The buyer declined.
