    This was the strangest ebay transaction I have ever participated in. First, the seller would not accept any of my best offers- not even just $4 below the asking price of $80. Then, before the item was shipped, I was asked to send $13 more “for shipping”. Honestly, if the artist were not family, I would have canceled this sale. But I had a strong emotional need to “rescue” this vase and I am glad I did, despite the seller demanding more money from me outside of ebay.
