I was able to straighten something that was bent before shipping - but was clearly seen in their picture - so, my fault. I was then able to install the item - but it unfortunately did not work.     Do NOT buy this product

    Although Dell provides "drivers" for Windows 10, if you buy this product brand new it will not work. I verified this with Dell. The drivers only work if you bought the original product way back when and used the software that came with the product to configure the wireless settings on the module. If you buy this product today, you cannot change the wireless settings on the module and it will never connect to your wireless network. If you notice anyone selling this item, it is a scam - do not buy it and notify them to remove it from their inventory.

    Easy to install hard to configure but worth the struggle

    I had my dell printer for a month or so , I needed to get wireless installed. I found this great price on ebay .. shipping was quick, good packaging . Product was new in OEM box. The installation took 5 minutes easy to install . configuration was more of a struggle as you have to download software from dell website and it doesnt work well with windows 10, I had to manually configure IP address and SSID and after a few reboots we were in business. Good product stable wireless connections thru my house, I have a Netgear router no drops or problems.

    Good, fully functional product, but be careful.

    Product itself was perfectly fine, but Dell's implementation of it is slightly quirky, due to time. In order to configure this adapter properly the printer needs to be connected to a PC via USB and Dell's configuration software needs to be run. The ethernet connection stops working immediately and there are no configurable options available in the printer's on board menus. T further complicate things present day, the configuration software would not install in Windows 10, I did try using the compatibility troubleshooter to no avail. That being said, once I figured out the install, everything got up and running just fine, so as long as you know to have these things ready ahead of time, the installation is smooth and performs flawlessly afterward.
