I do not prefer to leave negative reviews, however, I've sent the seller 2 messages in 1 week and no response. Shipping was fast, item purchased listed as new, but product package was ripped apart, shipping box was 100% undamaged. item appeared to have been removed from plastic package, and usage scratches on bus bar. I kindly asked the seller if they sent me a used product, no response. At least respond to the customer is a good start.
