ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED, AND WAS SHIPPED FAST AND SAFE. BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ADAPTER FOR MY JBL RADIAL IPOD DOCK. MINE REQUIRES A 24 VOLT ADAPTER, THIS WAS A 12 VOLT. IT WAS TOTALLY MY FAULT FOR NOT SEEING THAT IT WAS LISTED FOR THE JBL RADIAL MICRO IPOD DOCK. EVEN THOUGH SELLER LISTED THAT THERE WAS NO RETURNS, HE ACCEPTED IT BACK AND ISSUED A PARTIAL REFUND MINUS COST FOR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING IN REGARD TO MY BIDEN TELEPROMPTER MOMENT. AAA+++
