I was a little concerned upon arrival, as the night before delivery the jade spent the night in a fed ex distribution facility in Wisconsin. I checked the local weather of the location that evening and it was in the low 30’s. Upon delivery (upside down) the following morning the plant was quite cold for several hours. It was packed with great care and minimal leaf loss/damage. I would absolutely recommend David to others and would purchase again myself. Thank you!A+
