    Beautiful book

    It's a beautiful book. I was expecting more of a paperback, do-it-yourself type recipe book that restaurants and church groups sometimes put out as fund-raisers. Well, this is a gorgeous book with excellent photography, content and production value. I bought it as a gift for an elderly friend who'd mentioned Win Schulers (in Michigan.) She loves it.

    Schuler dishes are still the best!...

    Having been a former employee of Win Schuler's restaurant in Stevensville Michigan back in the 70's I got to taste all the original dishes that were served. This recipe book brings back such tasty memories and now I can make them myself and share with family and friends. A thousand thanks to the whole Schuler family for this incredible book!....
