This battery unfortunately had different physical dimensions from the OEM Dell battery, and could not fit in my XPS 9560, despite all model and part numbers matching. The new battery was too thick to allow the bottom cover to close properly, and prevented touchpad from clicking. The seller was understanding and issued an immediate refund.
