I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with this seller but I will consider doing business again in the future with this seller as usually their products are good value and as depicted.

    Easy Install and Good Quality

    Just remove clips from old supports and pull them off, then remove the clips from the new supports and put them in place. Then put the clips back in and you are good to go!
