It could have been packaged with more protection but it arrived undamaged and 1 week + 2 days after purchase. Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned. I recommend this seller highly!

Seller disclosed that in listing, but it also was included in a search where item location said U.S. and seller advertises as U.S. based. I was frustrated with the communication which followed. We clearly specified we are located in USA but our item for this specific listing comes from Hong Kong, it was very clear in the listing. Buyer failed to read listing and now blaming his mistake on the seller.
