I've used this brand of shampoo for at least 7 years. The shampoo has a fairly thick consistency, and the lather is rich. When I opened this new tube of Color Wow Security Shampoo it was so thin it just poured out. I had to use double amount for it to lather. I believe it was watered down. Plus, it doesn't have the same smell. I tried it again after shaking it vigorously with the same results. I've bought this shampoo online for years and NEVER had any issues. I feel like I've been scammed!

Color Wow hair products
Ever since I purchased products from Color Wow I receive numerous compliments about the sheen. Pamphlets refer to it as “glass hair”. ... so true. I’ve never had such shiny hair. I love these products!

This shampoo stinks..has a perfume smell! Does NOT lather well! My hair does not feel soft after using! I did write, but they said they don't accept returns. Funny, says it on the page that they sell it!
