    have to give it four stars. it"s priced very reasonable and has great features and functions.

    I have 3 of these. has and records with good picture and sound quality for just being digital and not HD. also,I like the way it"s set up the ease of figuring out the different functions and features.

    diffecult to record

    Play back works well however must have remote to get to menu to do recording. So make sure you buy one with remote if you are wanting to record. Or plan on finding one that will work with unit.

    Very Good DVD Recorder for its age. Well taken care of. Light weight with excellent features...

    The Product performed very well. To record TV Stations I had to add a Digital Channel Converter. That worked very well to. When Scanned for TV Channels None came up. Then I knew it had an analog TV Channel System. Remote control worked very well. All together...Very Good Buy for me. I am very pleased with it. Thank You.

    Old school name, old school quality!!

    Magnavox has been around for what seems like forever. A brand can only do that when their quality is excellent and THIS dvd recorder is no exception!!

    Great recorder

    My ex-wife gave me the first of these, since then I've lost track of how many used I've bought from eBay. They wear out after a while (I use it a lot), but even the used ones work fine for a long time. I can't compare it to others of its type, this is the only kind I buy.
