    Good looking space heater

    This is the 2nd one that we purchased to use at work, It looks good and works great, Consumer Report had rated it very high that why we got the 1st one. It is a little costly but it has such a good look and works so well we replaced it with the same unit after the 1st one when out after 5 plus years. It has setting for the temp and it kinda quite which make it great for a office.

    energy efficient, safe, portable heat

    This small, quiet heater will, in a specific area, maintain the temperature you set without hot or cold spots or chilling breezes. I have new ones and an old Vornado . They work equally well. These heaters allows us to keep the whole house at a lower temperature and heat the rooms we are in frequently. It also helps if, like ours, your old heating system does not heat all rooms equally.

    Works well for spot cooling/heating.

    A have a couple of these to spot cool or heat areas in my bedroom and dining areas. It won’t heat large areas but it fits my purposes perfectly.

    Want the best, buy these.

    The Vornado DVTH heaters are the best period. We have two of them to heat our whole place untill the temperature get's below about 30-35 degrees fahrenheit at which point we shut one Vornado heater off and start our corn burning stove. These heaters are quiet and they keep the temperature within 1 to 2 degrees of where we set them. We have been using the Vornado DVTH heaters now for three years and have replaced one of them which isn't bad considering they run 24/7 in the cooler temperatures. Our electric bill is very reasonable. The only time they blow cool air is when the heaters have reached their desired temperature and no longer need to blow warm air and is not noticeable unless you happen to have it directed right at you.     Worked great for 3 weeks and then died. Still waiting for it to be repaired

    Worked great for the first three weeks. Went to turn it on and the fan did not work. This is apparently a common issue as I was able to easily find other instances of the same issue. I emailed Vernado and they sent UPS to pick up the defective heater for repair. Still waiting for it to be returned. When it worked the rating was a 5. Not so much now.
