    A smart backup / insurance.

    I recommend you keep one of these batteries in you car's glove box -- thus if the battery in your car key goes dead -- you're able to quickly replace it and be on your way. I great bit of insurance.

    Batteries do not work

    I'm not sure if it is the battery or the wrong model. I got 2025 for the remote for my car, which is the same model that I took out. But it still doesn't work.

    Expiration date

    If as advertised this battery is good till 2030 (it came on a blister pack rip off card with no expiration date and so unable to verify expiration date) then the price is right, the value and quality good. We'll see.
