I'm happy with this purchase given the quality of the product and the excellent price, however it was missing some hardware despite being described as brand new. It was actually an open box (the seal was broken and the box was resealed) and one of the hardware packets was missing. Seller replied quickly, but offered no help other than to head to the hardware store. I'll have to find some matching finish screws online as the hardware store doesn't carry "Venetian Bronze finish screws".

Item is as described, including the fact that it is new "open box". However, the faucet did come with cosmetic damage (dings and scratches). I wrote to the seller, and he said that damage is usually caught before shipment. This is a good seller, although I am somewhat disappointed due to the damage. Seller offered to accept return; I declined since I already installed the faucet.
