I paid almost $100 US for this item, which includes the cost of shipping. When I opened the package, in the presence of a friend who can verify what I say. I noticed that the item was very poorly wrapped, in a flimsy sheet of plastic wrap with a couple of pieces of paper stuffed down the side. When I removed the item from the package, still in its wrapping, I discovered that several pieces had been broken off the item in transit. I contacted the seller but have not received a response. Too bad!

Unfortunately, 2014bish6076 is correct and I too am sick that this beautiful piece arrived broken..., I think my post office plays dodgeball with packages.. Many orders. I receive look like they have been through a war. .I would like to add - the day I was made aware of this complaint---- I reimbursed the buyer in full.
