This product shipped fast, arrived on time and in great working condition. The Bose Soundlink Flex does not produce the sound I was hoping for. Thought it would have had more bass. The charging cord is short and comes with no charging plug, so you will have to get your own cord and plug unless you don't mind it next to the USB plug outlet. Other than that, the connectivity was very quick and simple with the Bose Connect +

I received my unit early, I loved the way it was packaged it said refurbished but came as a brand new product....so unpacking was exciting but the the start up an the sound that came out of my bose Bluetooth was mind blowing the sound quality an bass really packs an incredible punch for something under 2lbs lol bose is definitely my go to from now on as far as speakers go.
