The blades were new, however I could not attach them to my car. I can see how this might have been missed because of the way the packaging covers the opening on the back. My issue is that the seller should have chocked it up as a loss and issued a full refund without the hassle of a return. I suppose he wants to sell them again and inconvenience another customer.
