Resolved the problem, thank you so much - exactly what was required to fix this issue on our right side driver side vent. Removing the vent was as described in most videos on YouTube. There's screws under the dash cover which can be prized off gaining access to the remaining screws to remove. There's a small clip to remove inside the dash instrument panel remove this to access the screw. On the vent side nearest the door, there's a |+ clip that needs prising upwards and over the plastic covering
