The product was defective. Earbuds had a squealing noise and the noise cancelling did not work. Was not able to test until after giving as Christmas present, but this was past the 30 day return of seller. Contacted seller but they were unwilling to exchange despite the defective product. Seller told me to reach out to Sony.
