Item was cancelled, with reimbursement. Buyer was notified immediately and given a reason as to why this was cancelled. Chose to leave negative feedback anyways even though eBay guidelines were followed and the situation was handled professionally and appropriately. Buyer has been asked to remove negative feedback as it is not appropriate for the situation and refuses.
