Took over 8 days. Said they didn't know what happened to my order. So they sent out again. I'm giving them a positive bc they answered emails quickly and responded quickly. Plus their products are awesome for my old; dog. Helps her osteoarthritis better than vet ordered pills !!!! Dogs catch on quick there is a pill in the ham you're feeding them and then it's hell getting pills into her. But these are treat flavored and shaped like a treat. She will eat her dosage easily and want more !!!!
