Wow, what a great deal & fast shipping! $50 less than Amazon. It only took me 3 hours & I had the bike up & running (I had stripped it down for the kit ahead of time). I also have a BBSHD from Luna Cycle on another bike & it took me weeks of fiddling waiting on shims, spacers, BB tool, stabilizer bar and more. The BB nut had thread damage, the stabilizer bar bent, and I had to buy a BB tool for $50. There were no included brake sensors, light or tool.

Really powerful motor. Install is not easy but totally doable if you're at all handy and willing to give it a go. For me about 8 hours total (first time doing it). Youtube has some good tutorials. Only issue I've had is the throttle has not always worked. I've pushed it while riding with pedal assist and nothing, pushed it while at a standstill and nothing. I've also pushed it at a standstill and it worked great. Haven't been able to find an explanation for that. Pedal assist has plenty of power

The kit could have been more complete...Needed to add shift sensor & the brake sensors supplied were cheap & would not fit on the bikes brakes. I had to order integral sensors with new brake handles. I had the expectation of being able to adjust the bikes pedal assist settings but could not communicate with the electronics in the controller. The supplier was no helpful. I would recommend buying good quality bike tools for the retrofit. All in all the bike kicks Ass

The only concern was that the description indicated to let the seller know if brake sensors were needed for a hydraulic brake instal instead of handles. I indicated that in the “note to seller” section with the order. However, the sensors were not included. Seller has indicated that they now are on the way. I recommend to confirm any customer request with the shipment through eBay text to ensure no misunderstanding.
