Great seller! When I originally ordered this I forgot to update my address after I moved, so I wrote the seller and gave him my new address. He was very quick to respond and let me know that he had updated it and that my item would be shipped correctly. Fantastic communication! The sissy bar came well packaged, and the stitching on the material is of good quality. Like other reviews though, the bolts were too long, but a quick trip to Ace hardware solved that problem. If not for bolts, 5 stars!
