Seller was advised neg feedback could occur...3 days ago...by last night, but still no response--seller sent solar panels that were NOT what was advertised, in fact HALF or less than the advertised capacity---and they have refused to arrange return and refund. Instead, 3 days ago , they offered a $15 BRIBE for me to accept the unaceptable and be silent. I spent $430 + for 4x 1300 x 70mm x 30 CM panels and was sent RUBBISH, and expected to accept such delinquent treatment. HOPELESS. UNACCEPTABLE.
