    Thanks for the positive feedback. Customer ordered the item which has a 10 (business) day handling time. The mats are made to order and not stocked. When customer sent an e-mail to ask where the item was, we had just received them that morning. The customer had incorrectly thought that it was an intentional delay or us "sitting on our thumbs".
