    I purchased Ralph Lauren shoes from this seller and their description stated they were new without flaws but when I received them they had scratches all over them. When I contacted them to tell them about the scratches, I was told to polish them and they would be fine. They told me where else would I get a pair of Ralph Lauren shoes for $20 .I will never buy from this seller again. I had to contact customer service in order to get a return label because they wouldn’t give me one.
