  • Math for dummies

I bought this book because I needed something to help with my kids homework. When I was a kid 1+1 was always 2, but my kids math teacher says x+y=a!?! I had to see this for myself! I must be getting old, cuz I think some of this book is written in a different language! Lol. BUT, if I keep working on it, I think I will be able to figure this math out! Lol. This is a helpful book!

  • Very Helpful !

I bought this because I started substitute teaching for all grades and all subjects. Found when I got to an Algebra class I had forgotten a lot of information . Good review for me and helps me explain problems easier to students . I bring the book with me but hide the name of book from students if I have to pull it out!!

  • Great tutor

This is an excellent book for those who need to grasp the important fundamentals of math. However, it is by far better to use this with the companion workbook.

  • Easy

This book is great for those like me that are having hard time understanding pre-algebra, this book is easy to understand, would be nice to make it more simple but I guess I just hate math.
