These product came like a jelly, something imposible to digest knowing that these are multi vitamins gums, not a strange looking disgusting jelly. I need a money refund as this product did not arrive as described. Be more careful next time with the products you send to your customers. Bad Product

First, you purchased this item 6 weeks ago and it was great when it was shipped out. Second, yes, it may get a little 'soft' as it was ordered & shipped in the summertime so it will get warm during shipment. If there was an issue with the product, you should file for a RETURN, which you have not done. Once you leave negative feedback - on any seller - the sale is considered 'final' by the seller & Ebay. Especially since you have not attempted to return the item.
