    The delivery of this item was great..on time...but to my dismay, I discovered I ordered the wrong size, so I did NOT open the 3 boxes, I requested a return and lo and behold the seller sent 1 label for 3 boxes. I sent one box out, and requested 2 more label...No return address so I could not just create my own labels. I have a timeline to return, NO LUCK. Second one is for a backup in case something happens at an inopportune time. Much easier than the usual condensing units used in commercial refrigerators. Also much cheaper!

    Great product.

    Works great. Very easy to use. A small window AC gets my insulated room into the 30s. It is pricey. I’ve heard you can do it cheaper (about 1/3 of the price), but this took all the unknowns out of the picture.

    This it a product that does exactly what it is supposed to.

    After having some trouble with my coolbot not wanting to play along I called the phone number on the box. The tech support was very helpful. It turned out that I just needed to adjust the fin setting and now my dead cow Ester is resting well. The walk in cooler I built is sitting at 36-37 degrees every time I check it.

    Perfect for my basement wine cellar!!!

    Easy to install, work perfectly and keeping cellar temperature at 55F. The controller isn't cheap but provides good value by enable precision temperature control with a low cost window air conditioner - literally saving thousand. Still new to this so we will see how reliable the system/air conditioner are... For now, I have to rate this product 5-star!
