    Love it!

    My first Pro-Fry was probably 10 years old before it decided to stop working and I used it A LOT! I was VERY pleased to find that they were still making the same model with only slight changes! The overall dimensions and capacity are exactly the same as the old version and it's bigger than any other home use fryer on the market. The baskets are heavy duty compared to the wimpy wire that many others are made of and they are shaped to hold more food. (others taper down at the bottom) It's deeper than the others giving you more oil capacity with less splatter. The only thing that they changed that I don't like is the outer shell is lighter gauge metal than it used to be but is still better than much of it's competition!

    Set the temp and wait just a short time ...once target is reached start frying !! This fryer recovers very quickly ...gives a very thourough and even fry...clean up is quick and easy with removable components...storage is the same as parts fit into pan ...couldn't be happier with mine ...
