There were some personal documents in the pack that contained sensitive information of the service member who was previously issued the pack, and the pack did arrive dirty (in the original condition the service member left it), but overall, the price was right as it came in cheaper than my local surplus store . Overall a good experience, but I would have preferred the bag to have been prewashed prior to my purchase.

My only complaint is that the MRE case was shipped to me as is, no outer packaging. There are shipping labels all over the case! Not really a big deal since the meals inside are still intact and that is the important part. I managed to remove all the labels and recover the heat stress indicator. The item was a very good price too. I am happy with my order and recommend this seller!
