Fantastic stand, good quality, great buy!
Before I bought the Hamilton trombone stand, I would have to lay my horn down in the case and put a cloth over one end to not scratch it. Then I would worry about the spit rolling back down to the mouthpiece. Now, my trombone stands upright as it should and it ready and available when I need it. I haven't even put it back in its case since I received the stand. Supports both trombone and trumpet
It serves the purpose well. It sets up easily, and holds the trombone with no problem. I have found it supports a trumpet even better, and when supporting a trombone, a trumpet can be positioned with its bell underneath one of the legs very securely.

Great "Tool"
Works great for trombone or trumpets. I use them for Trombone, trumpets, Bass Trumpets, Marching Trombones and Marching Baritone. The official trumpet stands and too low to the ground. I love the conical top as opposed to the other type of tops. I own at least seven.
