    old, but great calculator. I give it to contractors to use to figure out a price. When they leave, I review their entries! Then I know cost of project

    Old, but good invention. Many more brand new ones on market from Germany. I have 12 or so. A couple in each room for work - I can't get enough.

    Was great when it was new.

    Back in the 80's and 90's there was nothing else out there like this. Production ceased a long time ago. I bought one here used. Some buttons weren't working well. Tried to fix it. Made it worse. Oh well-you pays your money, you takes your chances. Nowadays there are smartphone apps that do the job even better - for free. I use CalTape for Andriod. Does the same thing and then some.

    Best Adding Machine Ever

    I have had the original product since it was introduced in the late 1980's. Mine still works after regular use, but the keys are skipping and require a frustrating soft touch. I was overjoyed when I looked online and found this exact replacement. The main feature is that it allows you to scroll up and down to check your work and to both cancel and re-enter as you input, or go back and remove just one figure without starting all over. What a great product.
