The chairs really are beautiful in appearance. room. The directions were hard for me to follow but my neighbor came over and pitched in. I fell asleep in my nice warm massaging chair the same night. The massage- even at the high intensity is barely noticeable. But by far the worst thing is the reclining action. It takes a huge amount of strength and violent force to lower the footrest. It keeps popping back up. Trapping you in the chair. Terrible for anyone who actually needs back massage. Too difficult to disassemble and send back. Very disappointed
