This seller is unprofessional, cruel and lies. I am an 18 year veteran on here & agree with the other buyers who posted their negatives. I attached screenshots of our short talk. He overreacted plus broke eBay rules by cancelling without me even asking & he chose to lie by saying I asked to cancel. I'll laugh last though since I already have this CD but wanted the mint sealed copy but it wasn't even that way as promised in the 1st place & he only told me after I sent my specific message. Avoid.

I encourage everyone to read the correspondence and see the unrealistic and insulting demands for a cracked case, that they wanted a replacement and a 40% discount. In hindsight i pressed the wrong cancellation button, big deal. I have the right to sell my items in any manner whatsoever, and good luck with your approach to situations. GOOD RIDDANCE!
