    OK, but...

    Some of the screws had been stripped; fortunately extra screws were included. Foam on the handles was damaged, but couldn't install them anyway as the holes were misaligned with the screws which kept the seat on. Otherwise, it is OK, adjustable, and easy to use for extended periods.
