    The delivery of this item was great..on time...but to my dismay, I discovered I ordered the wrong size, so I did NOT open the 3 boxes, I requested a return and lo and behold the seller sent 1 label for 3 boxes. I sent one box out, and requested 2 more label...No return address so I could not just create my own labels. I have a timeline to return, NO LUCK. ACCORDING TO THE POSTMA STER THIS IS COMMONE PRACTICE OF EBAY SO YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETURN ALL THE ITEMS AND NOT GET YOUR FULL REFUND

    Great deal, working very well so far

    Just started using it, but so far it seems to be working very well! It's definitely working better than my old Greenworks electric chainsaw, which is very similar but with a 2Ah battery instead of a 4Ah battery. This new chainsaw definitely cut through wood much more quickly than my old one - not sure it that's because it's more powerful or because it's newer and sharper, but either way, not bad! A great deal, as far as I can tell so far!
