Products came the day it was scheduled. Box was ripped that it came in but no problem, products are individually wrapped in plastic. The product are just like the picture. It did not come with the “sham” as listed but it’s fine. It’s wrinkled & that’s cool also. The product was vacuumed sealed my son loves his bed set, so that’s all that matters!! Smiles all around
