I really like what dose except my late they sent a metal fitting and they said they don’t send metal fittings so now I don’t want back it leaks, but it doesn’t leak where the metal fitting is it lakes on the top at one point told me to replace it now I just wanna give me 50 bucks back that don’t stop it from your head or head. They won’t even answer me now.

This filter does not remove arsenic as stated. I had my water tested by a state facility and it tested positive. I ask the seller before buying it if it would remove arsenic and they claimed it would. I have sent the seller many messages with no reply or willingness to help. Stay away from this company .....FALSE CLAIMS ... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
