I took responsibility for ordering the wrong item, although the seller had included the two items together. I reached out to the seller twice; the first attempt was on June 19, 2025, but I have not received a response as of June 27, 2025. I was hoping the seller could help me solve this issue, but I would have been satisfied with any courteous response.

I’ve had this piece of equipment for over 10 years and have replaced the cords numerous times this is the first time I’ve received two that didn’t feel the same. I would appreciate a response back, And I hope the issue can be resolved easily.
