    My package was delivered to wrong address via FedEx. Per advice of FedEx, I asked seller several times to confirm the address that it was mailed too to ensure it was not a shipping error. Never responded to my inquiry about the address. I asked them to initiate a claim with FedEx so that I could get refunded but that didn't happen. Instead, they claimed that they would send a new one asap at no charge.... that never happened either. A loss of almost $50 for me and still no resolution.
