Love this machine.
The entire body and spine moves in a figure pattern and brings profound relaxation and energy to the body. Specially if you walk a lot, using this machine after a long walk would tremendously help with tired feet and legs. My wife had a lot of heaviness in her legs because of menstruation and I asked her to use the machine in medium to low setting. After 20minutes of using the machine, her legs were not tired anymore and heaviness was gone. That is incredible. If you have knee or back problem, start on low setting and put pillow under your knees and lie down on a comfortable blanket or something to make sure the experience is ultra comforting. You don't need to use high setting to benefit. As long as your entire body moves which can happen even in medium to low setting you get the benefit. Higher setting is more energizing and releasing tension and lower setting is more relaxing and great before sleep but again comfort is the key and if higher setting bothers you change it.
