    for the price you would expect they were at least rooted cuttings. All they did was cut off some tips of some stems, thru them in a cardboard box, not even wrapped in plastic to help hold moisture, and shipped them. After 3 days enroute all it was was some shriveled up plant pieces. Ivy geraniums aren't that easy to foot anyway so all I got out of $18. is scammed.

    It is clearly specified that the geraniums are CUTTINGS (not rooted). You chose to purchase them at that price. Per the note included with your cuttings, it is normal for them to be a bit withered after their journey, but they are quite easy to revive once planted & cared for. I delivered on my end by sending fresh healthy cuttings clipped the same day as shipped. It is unfortunate you felt the need to claim you were "scammed" by me & leave this terrible & ridiculous feedback.
