They are thin enough to put on top of existing without making the shoes feel tight. Quality leather and well made. Once again very happy with my purchase.

    Item arrived safely Thank you. I measured the thickness with a mitutoyo digital vernier... One measures 0.85mm and the other measures 0.75mm. I fitted them into my size 11uk loake boots, they fitted reasonably, the next size up may have been better, If I order some more I will go up one size, so order size 12 to fit my uk 11 boots.

    Got these for my son as he had worn through the fabric insoles in his rugby boots making them uncomfortable to wear. Wasn't sure if these would do the job, but they turned out to be perfect. Thin enough not to cramp his toes, long enough to cover the entire size 12.5 insole and the adhesive pads keep them where they are put. Great price and very quick delivery too. Highly recommended.
