I received it and it was very obvious that it was used. extremely dirty and it was obvious that wires had been hooked up to the spayed connections. I installed it anyway but you guessed it, it did not work. I tried to contact the seller but was unable to. I guess I will have to chock it up to a $30.00 learning experience.
