This product attaches the output cables of (2) two each, 100 watt HQST Solar Panels in parallel, keeping the voltage constant, but adding the wattages (to 200 watt at 12 volts). It is perfect for camper-rooftop-battery chargers/ and 12 volt DC appliance power source use under 200 watts. I Recommend using this arrangement with a charge controller and deep cycle 12 volt battery to make power to also be available after the sun goes down. 5 stars! Good price!

buyer beware tried to get a refund on item that I never received. They keep telling me 2-3 days this been going on over two weeks i keep emailing them nothing. Tried a refund though ebay it did not give me option to do just a refund just a return option so I closed the case ebay says there's nothing they can do now. I'm out of $86.39 very disappointed with ebay and seller. I'm going to start looking on other buying options other than ebay.
